Good evening all,
I purchaed a Peperomia Golden last year and it has done very well in an office setting with flourescent lighting. I decided to bring the plant home several months ago and it has still done extremely well, sitting close to a window with medium light. However, within just a couple of days, the plant wich has been growing straight upright has suddenly drooped completely over! Is this normal for this plant? It is approximately 12" to 16" tall (or rather, it was). The only thing I can think of is that the temps outside have been in the upper 90's to over 100 for the past several weeks. I'm not sure if that makes a difference since the plant is indoors, with temps ranging between 68 and 78. I'm just curious if this type of plant is supposed to eventually droop over and become more of a ground cover or hanging type plant. Thanks for any and all help!!!

Welcome, mytitan. I went searching for your peperomia type and found a golden gate variety. Even images of those showed some as upright and some as trailing so it was not helpful. Neither were descriptions.
But with your warm temps outdoors and A/C indoors it could be that your plant could be a little dehydrated. Try misting it or putting a tray of water below it (keep the plant pot out of that water).
I hope it stays healthy for you.
