As you know, I'm growing my first veggie garden and overall it is doing very well. The only plants I have concerns about is the green beans, but thats for another post. So, my peas are getting tall and starting to slump over. I'm trying to figure the best way to allow them to climb. I've seen the netting trellis and it looks okay but do you have to have something to hang it on or do they generally come with sticks or something. I have a basic raised bed. I'm so clueless and I don't want to spend a lot of money. Thanks so much!

I used to buy my green netting at the dollar store...and would tie it to some bamboo poles that I bought there as well.

~~Tam~ You can bury all your troubles by digging in the dirt.

My husband made me metal l-shaped cages that I stake into the ground---I have 4 that I have had for 8 years---so they were a 1 time expense. Good for a lot of different types of veggies. I put them in the ground and then either clip or tie my veggies up---(they can also be woven in & out of the frame)

You could design something for you DH to make. Didn't he make the raised bed for you???
