I found these bugs all over my tomato plant. They are white and almost fuzzy looking. What are they? Are they harmful to the plant? How can I safely (and cheaply) get rid of them? I attached a pic but its not to clear. I counted at least 5 of them on my plant.

I do not know what your bugs are. But there aren't very many that are helpful to your plant. The easiest and least expensive way to rid yourself of an infestation would be a teaspoon or so of dish detergent with about a quart of water in a spray bottle. Spray your plant. Then continue daily until the insects are gone.
