Those have part sun only carol.. Had no idea they were shade lovers......I was weeding tonite an found them against my snowball bush.

I was amazed.. most plants are having trouble this year , not that one.

And you just "found them"? lol I would be doing flips if I found flowers that pretty growing in my garden. I do have some columbines growing, when they bloom I'll get them posted, but they are not near as full as yours!! Thank you so much for sharing, I just love all your pictures applaud

Well I meant I did plant them but forgotten to watch for them.. The other columbines arent there yet ........Never were they that nice before.

Small miracles I say. Lots of stuff is not growing well cause of late frosts here.
Thanks for enjoying my photos..i enjoy posting them.
Want to see yours too.........May give me more ideas.

Beautiful Dodge...I had those same bonnet columbines before. They lasted only two seasons. Mind you every other kind self sows itself where I don't want it to. lol
