Hi, I found this forum looking for help on a sickly Blue Spruce. We recently moved to Central Oregon and inherited a beautiful property initially landscaped by a Master Gardner 27 years ago. The troubled Blue spruce, believed to be planted when the home was built looks to be loosing needles. No visual pest on the needles. Central Oregon is very dry. Could it be suffering from not enough irrigation? Should it be fertilized? This tree is 50+ feet tall and prominently displayed in our back yard, I want to save it desparately.
