I accidently put in my seed pacs with my bread into the freezer. I took them out and they unthawed but I'm not planting for another 7 weeks. I was told they should be okay but now that I pulled them out, will they still have life in them 7 weeks later?. How about storing any left over seed for next year? Will it still be good for next years use?

They should be fine, in fact some seeds do better this way.

Just make sure they dry out completely, if they stay damp or wet in the bag they will start to mold.
