NOTE: the 'dwarf' is in reference to height and spread (width) of plant itself, NOT the fruit size being 'dwarf'.

Caging staking is recommended because it increases yields, supposedly makes plant healthier, and/or helps plant support weight w/fruit better.



Eggplant....

6"-7" spread (width) and 6"-7" height (how tall); largest dwarf varieties range from 1'-2' w/height and width.

peppers....

Ranges from a half foot w/height to about a 1' tall. Don't know with spread, as it doesn't say.
