I hope it is ok to add on here. My 6 year old neice's best friend was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident on Saturday. Two other little girls were hit as well, but they are ok. The littlest one needs prayers please. They were just walking along when someone mowed them down and took off. Please pray that they catch the person who did it and justice prevails. Thank you.

:ding:Thank you all for the prayers for Brooke and her family. The two older girls were released from the hospital and are ok. Dear Brook has a long road. According to my sister, her spine was severed from her cranium. She is in a halo type brace. They are waiting to see if it will fuse on its own or if they will do surgery. She is on a ventilator. She also has a broken femur and other tissue injuries. As far as I know, they haven't found the person responsible. My amazing sister did a fundraiser for the family over the weekend and brought in over $3000. Thank you again, and if you can keep her in your prayers, I know it will help.

Have Merme on phone her nephew Teddy over dosed on Heroine in hospital last 6 weeks will go from there to rehab as soon as he is better she ask for prayers for him and his family

Thanks, everyone, for your prayers for Teddy. He is making progress but has a long way still to go. Ofconcern now is the healing of his right leg and arm. They'd been without circulation for so long that the limbs were black by the time he got to the hoospital. The swelling was so bad, they had to flay both limbs. Yes, flay. For a while he was a t risk for amputation but now they are beginning to heal. They've moved him to a physical rehab hospital and pu him in the brain injury unit. We are praying his brain will heal commpleely.

I understand what you are feeling. My dad passed away 10 years ago and I miss him every day still. I try to be comforted by all of the good memories. I think losing a parent is terribly difficult. I wish you and your family peace and loving memories.~Beth~ :ding:
