Looks great, I done it before to make "hot pot" protectors...but they were only 6 inches round.

I also used a thin fishing line to sew them...that way you can use both sides without seeing the stitching.

~~Tam~ You can bury all your troubles by digging in the dirt.

Dodge--I had a friend of mine make small ones of them. She made them large enough to set a coffee-cup on. Then gave them with say the cup, & tea bags or cocoa mixes. Just another idea for you....

Thanks Carol, angel

Sounds like a good christmas gift idea......I am taking notes on this.. Wool bends lots easier than other materials for quilting.. Cotton doesnt. This is all free stuff I have in my room from my neice.. I am making things for whoever shows up here..PS........She is nuts about my flowers also.........

She has my hoya an starfish plant growing , from her trip here this summer.
Thanks

Hey Dodge...the only thing to keep in mind is, when you start sewing it together it can start to "cup" real fast!!!! Make sure you don't sew it too tightly together or you will have a cup effect.....I know this because I had to unstitch a rug because I sewed it too tightly together! But I LOVE the look....keep those hands busy party
