I know this is not garden related, but maybe you can advise? Just in the last couple weeks, I've started having this problem. For example, I open a news article and as soon as I start to scroll down, the words seem to overlap dozens of times. Sometimes if I click upon the jumble, it clears where I've clicked. Or if I scroll to the top, it seems to clear the whole mess and I can read the text. Sometimes it won't clear and I can refresh the page. But it happens all the time on just about any website anytime I am scrolling down to the bottom of a page. It's difficult to describe, but does anyone know how to stop this from happening. So annoying! Thanks in advance for any help. ~Beth~

This is a new one to me. I hope someone can come in and clear it up for you soon.

is it a loading issue? If you give the page a second to move down - don't scroll so fast - will it clear?

Thanks for the suggestions, but no, it doesn't seem to be either.
