How the heck does a person keep worms off the cabbage. I've tried to grow it twice only to have almost all of it eaten by worms no matter what I do. I even picked them off on a daily basis but I couldn't stay ahead of them.

teach I'll add a pests and problems part to the page tonight or tomorrow. Hand picking is about the only way of getting rid of them, but there are ways to prevent them. More later...

I always dedicate one of my 4′ x 4′ raised beds to broccoli, cabbage, collards, and cauliflower. When I first started this garden, I inoculated every bed with BT, a bacteria that kills harmful worms like the cabbage worm.
