Nope. Sort of.
A weed is just a plant growing where it is not welcome.
Wild flowers are a good way to describe either a plant that is growing in the wild, naturally. Or a plant that usually grows easily without much thought or care and is naturally hybridized or not hybrid at all. They tend to naturalize in an area even when they are not native to that area.
