How much water do these need?
We had a couple of hot dry day here and the first flattened them so when I got home from work I soaked them. Then the next day they were flattened again. So they got soaked again. Yesterday I think the wind got them more than the heat but we drenched them again anyway. Might this be too much water, they only have one pair of true leaves per plant.

(I was given them as a reminder by my family I'm not allowed to run away to get married.)

There is not set rule. It varies, a lot depends on the weather, but you also have to look at your soil. Soil that drains well allows you to water every other day or even daily.

Hi...do you know what variety you will be planting?

I just got done reading that cantaloupes need 1-2" of water a week. I do not know if this is helpful or raises more questions.
