I want to have the blackberries behind the shed. My problem is they want to spread out all over. Is there an inexpensive way to keep them in place? These are the wild type.

Do you already have the vine type growing there? Because if not, you might try the thornless bush type that grow big but don't spread. I just bought two this year to put near the back porch. One Arapaho Thornless & one Navaho Thornless.

I already have the wild in place. But if I don't find a way to contain them I may be pulling them all up and starting over.
