WE had this at work this afternoon

1 pint of cut up strawberries
1 pint of raspberries
1 pint of Blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice
1 shot of LimonCello Liquor Well maybe two
let chill a couple of hours,
Yummy! and Refreshing!
this would make a great summer desert poured over a piece of angelfood cake or a lemon bar/ or what ever you choose,

Well...maybe three...

Ok--for thoss of us who cannot add such to our dishes---is there an alternative ingredient ?

and i just realized--I cannot have the grapfruit juice either---

If you can't have Citrus, Then maybe grape Liquor ?? and a sugar substitute,, I'm not clear on what it is You can't have Carol??

no hard liquor and no grapefruit or GF juice

& very limited sodium & saturated fats
