I am a fairly new gardener and am doing container gardening. I have one earth box and several large pots. This winter in Florida I grew 3 tomato plants, salad mix, cauliflower, radishes, a red pepper and some herbs. I have some questions on suggestions of plants that can survive a south florida summer and if any of these plants go to seed can I gather the seeds and save them for next fall/winter.

As far as saving seeds, absolutely.

As far as veggies that will survive your summers, I wish I could help but I just don't know.
