Anyone tell me what these white spots are on my Aspidistra. I've tried using garden spray for Fungicide/insecticide but it keeps coming back. Seems to start low down on the stalks and gradually spread to the leaves. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome, lozgrigg.
I am not sure what those spots are. I think I would tend towards the idea if a mildew problem though. And for that I use a teaspoon or so of baking soda in a pint of water. I always add a drop or two of insecticidal soap (or dish detergent) to that. Then spray away.
I hope it gets better.
