I would like to plant Roma tomatoes this year but after some research I've learned they are a "determinate" tomato. From what I understand this means they put out most of their tomatoes at one time instead of over the entire season.
I love Roma tomatoes because they have more "meat" and less
seeds and watery bits. However i'd rather have a variety that sets tomatos all summer.
Anyone know of an indeterminate type of Roma? I'm also open to suggestions of tomatos that aren't Romas at all but still a more meaty variety of tomato.
