You guys are killing me here!

G'morning--
snowed in herre that & DH has my car it has 4 wheel drive so it is bettr in the snow, so I am stuck in today.

Cheryl--good luck with teh run--if you want it to rain then I hope it rains for you. I am so glad to hear that you slept well last night--I hope the trend continues

Tina---so sorry about the cold sharing----dont ya just wish that our kids would be a bit selfish on occasion ??? I hope you both can get the rest you need to recover sooner rather than later.

Me tooooooo They brought me an sleeping pill last night to sleep and an hour later they give me a steroid shot and adrenaline breathing treatments,, DUH!!!!!!!!!! So NO Sleep yet again,, I've complained 3 times that they are doing that backwards,,

Don't you just LOVE being in the hospital?

So many times when I've finally gone to sleep in the hospital they would wake me up to give me something to "help me sleep".
It's a whole different weird world in the hospital.....

That is for sure---so many times I have said I ned to go home to get some rest!!!!!

The only times I have been in the hospital was for having babies and even then it was not peaceful rest. I was always glad to be home.

isnt that th truth, Tina---I had a C -section with both but with the first she was a cranky baby at forst so they would bring her to me and leave her---just they way tehy wordede it I am sure they charted it that I requested that she be in with me---so why would a perosn recovering from surgery want to take care of a baby late at night???

Someone found out her problem---she did not like to lie flat--they cranked up the bed on her head side and she was one happy little camper.

I am going to go watch Dr Oz now---

Afternoon all..was too busy to get in earlier, I was surprised my computer even worked today.

Storming out here as well..maybe I didn't send enough your way. I certainly didn't want another foot of snow by tonight

I'm spending the afternoon makes broths and cooked shredded meats for rices and such. be back later...

That sounds pretty good, Tamara. I am spending the day cutting wood that came down in the high winds. I don't like it blocking my emergency roads. I needed to come in for food.

Sorry, Cindy. Are you able to get anywhere today? I'm glad I got my run in earlier this morning. It was wet but not pouring. Mostly a light rain with some wind gusts. It wasn't too bad at all and I enjoyed it. Now, it's pretty much wind storm weather. Much stronger gusts and heavier rain. When the rain is sideways you know it's a bit windy. After my run I took a shower and then made breakfast for me and Aros. I got my laundry started and now I'm just sitting here relaxing. I don't need to go shopping yet, I'm still having trouble understanding how it's not even noon yet.

So, Cheryl, how did your hat work out?

Pretty good, actually. When I first went out it was dry and I didn't even notice when it started sprinkling at first. It's not completely waterproof but my head didn't get soaked, just slightly damp, and I didn't get rain in my face so I was a happy camper.

Awesome. i no longer like getting rain in my face nor much anywhere on me any more. I used to love to walk in the rain. I am becoming a wimp.

Tina, was there much damage? We have 'wind damage warnings' in place for Saturday.

No damage from the winds on my piece of property. Just new firewood to cut up.

Can't go wrong with free firewood

Hi Carol, i was on the phone.

OK just an FYI..after I posted my post above this one my winter graphics were gone--the periods that I have between each of them were there but nothing else---so I looked around and I saw Cheryl's tickers were on her posts and then I saw my graphics on my lsat post---so I refreshed my page and they showed back up everywhere---
as I say just an FYI kinda thing

ok when the above post of mine pwas posted the last 2 graphics showed up but not the first 2---so I hit the refresh blue arrows and then yep, they all were right where they should have been...strange
