This has been going on for 2 days. Last night she could see the forum but couldn't check her messages. She's cleared cookies. Any ideas?

Also, does she 'log out' each time she leaves the forum, or does she use the 'stay logged in' feature when she is logged in?

It fixed a multitude of problems in its time

In firefox, if you click the "icon" in the address bar, click "more info" and "view cookies" it has a delete button when you select one of them in the select box.
