Here are Three Winter Migrants I captured Saturday morning across the street from My House. The first is a White-Throated Sparrow.

Next, we have a Yellow-Rumped Warbler, affectionately called a Butter Butt.

And Finally, we have the crowning glory of the day a female Ruby-Crowned Kinglet!

These pictures were taken on the EXTREME edge of my MAXIMUM focal range so they are not that good of a quality but are good enough to identify. These birds were 30 - 50 feet from me. I get best results when the subject is 15 - 20 feet away. I thot the Kinglet turned out QUITE well considering the conditions I was working under.

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart?
The other heart was given to another for us to find.

Thanks folks. I'm over most of the bad grief, But I lost over HALF of my income when my wife died so financially I'm a train wreck. But socially, things are on the up and up. My High School GF contacted me on facebook. She is single, three years younger than me and lives 8 miles away. I haven't been to see her because she is having her house remodelled, but we talk all the time. Romance might just be in the air. My wife did not want me to stay alone after she died and told me to date, and I think I just might. And I've made dozens of friends on the web since my wife passed, to combat my loneliness, iIncluding one of England's top fashion Photographers, a STUNNINGLY Beautiful and very sweet 21 year old girl named Felice Fawn. I was invited to an online webcam party with her and her friends in Sweden, England, and Europe tonight, some of the top Models and Photographers in the world. We had wine, music, and socializing. Why didn't I do this YEARS ago, LOL. I feel sorta like Andy Warhol among all the beautiful, hip young folk. I'll go for now, but will be posting a lot soon. I should be in good financial shape by March.
