I'm getting ready to head to bed too. Although, I'm really not sure how well I'll sleep. Nervous about my appointment tomorrow. Let's hope that they get a good sample and can determine that it's not cancerous so that I don't have to do this again a few months down the road. The girls have their first swim meet tomorrow and it's near our house so I'm going to go. If Aros is home from his parenting class in time he might go too. The girls are nervous but that's okay. I'm always nervous before a race even though I'm not competing with anyone. Speaking of races, I'm running the Iron Girl on Sunday and I get to meet some neighborhood folks, and a girl from my work is going and offered to let me park by her house and then we could walk to the race from there. Real life running friends! I know, little things excite me. Aros starts his job on Monday and he just received his first child support check so things are going to be looking up real soon around here. His ex has all the kids stuff packed up and they're trying to coordinate a time for him to pick it up. She says she has 30 bankers boxes full of stuff plus their bikes. Don't know where we're going to put it all but we'll find a place. That's all with us, see you in the morning!

It is only 7:14 AM here and I am already so stressed, I could cry!

I have GOT to calm myself down! I just do not have any reserve strength left at this point and so my stress reaction is way outta control. I go from Zero to Wild in 3 seconds flat. Or less.

Deep breath.

Man alive, I need to start practicing my relaxation techniques again.

It was just a rough morning getting Maxi off today. But I am unfit to handle even small junk today it seems.

So I did a meditation, and put a tray of scratch biscuits in the oven. I am making myself calm down!

Merme: so sorry about the stress---New routines can be stressful I know--but it will soon all be normal & the stress should lessen. This is a good thing for Maxi---and one day he will be so happy that you made this happen for him, even if he complains about the rush rush & such now--(he is after all a teen & complain is what they do best).

I'm about off to take Joey to school. Then I get to come home, eat breakfast, then it's off to my appointment.

Gee I realized that I had not finished my post & apparently while I I added to it, Cheryl posted. I hope she sees that I will be thinking of her today.

Thanks Carol. I'm sure the appointment will go fine. It's pretty much the same team of people every time except I had a different doctor the last time instead of the good looking one that did the biopsies the last few times. He was better, in my opinion, so I hope I get him back today. We'll see. I won't know the results until next week, if there are results this time. I'm also nervous about the possibility of an allergic reaction. Last time I ended up with an allergic reaction to the lidocaine that ended up in me having to take steroids for a week. I really don't want to go through that whole mess again. I know they won't use lidocaine but what if it turns out I'm allergic to all the "cains?" Good thing I have good teeth then right? Hives or no hives I'm still running on Sunday and getting that medal. Yeah, I'm a little nuts but I'm okay with it. I'm eating breakfast now, I don't have to leave for about an hour yet.

I am good to go today. Getting a lot done this morning while it is cool. I am not at all unhappy with my weather, my day or my life right now. Things are good here.

Hi everybody!

I'm home again and in a much better frame of mind than I was this morning. Right now I am cooking chicken to make chicken salad so I can eventually make Chef Tyler's Ultimate Chicken Salad Sandwiches for our dinner. I love Chef Tyler's recipes because he uses ingredients people actually buy and it is all so yummy!

I hope things went well for Cheryl today.

And I'm wondering how Tamara's outing with the wee one went today.

Things went well, so far. We decided to go ahead and try doing the biopsy without using any numbing medication as the doctor couldn't guarantee that I still wouldn't have a reaction. He assured me he would use a small needle and talk me through it. He said he got two really good samples so hopefully this is the last time I have to do this. We're about to head out to the girls swim meet. See you tonight!

I am glad you were able to do it that way, Cheryl. Now we will pray the results are as we want them to be.

dropping in to say good night. This afternoon I actually took a nap---a good sized nap.

Then after I fixed supper I just kinda hung out until later 7 then I made some baked rice pudding. When it cools I will be off to bed myself.

Cheryl--if you quit coffee---you could go to hot juice---I think say hot tang would be quite yummy--that or hot lemonade.
