Here is a delicious recipe from Williamsport, PA.

Serves 6

Ingredients:

3 eggs
2 c milk
1/2 c light cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 c corn (cut from cob or cream style)
1/4 c bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole
Beat eggs until light & fluffy.
Add milk, cream, sugar, and salt.
Stir in corn, bread crumbs and butter.

Pour into prepared casserole & place casserole in a pan of boiling water.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until custard is set.

YUMMY!

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart?
The other heart was given to another for us to find.
