Barb---I will say it was looking pretty bad about a month or so ago but I carefully watered it & misted it & all is well again---I really think when it gets cooler I will put it in my spare room & let it go for a month---that would be ok wouldn't it????

(I read in Bill's information where the purple shamrocks only need 1 months rest)--

My nephew brought me back an orange tree from Florida a few years ago. It was growing nicely but every time it got a small green fruit--it would die 7 fall off--then I noticed it had a disease of some sort---& before I could figure it out--it died---whoa is me---

Centaurea seeds need complete darkness to germinate, so be sure to cover them well..

The terrarium page is very interesting, Bill. Many plants were listed which I had not previously considered as suitable for a terrarium. Can't wait to try some of them! thumbup

I have already removed a couple plants from the terrarium plant list.... but I am adding a few new ones as I move along on this project. docs

idea I am FINALLY getting close to having all of important pages converted over to the new format... Still more to do tho...

Anyway... I thought I'd try to freshen up TGH home page a bit this morning. I will start updating the page every two weeks or so, from now on. Please let me know if you have any comments, especially about the fonts and colors I used on the page.
