I have some roses where the leaves are curling under and some stems have very small rose Heads and starting to droop. I don't think it is lack of water--I have made sure of that. I also have I rose that have leafs toward the bottom turning yellow. I have been spraying a chemical called Messenger to help the roses and have applied this every 3 weeks and done when there is no sun. This happens every year when the climate changes and it gets hotter.

Yellowing leaves on roses are sometimes due to too much water. I don't know anything about 'messenger chemical' but maybe they are chemical burned..
