This is one of my favorite dip recipes. Totally not a diet item and totally easy to make. I take this to parties or make it for my own- everyone loves it. It goes fast. Hope you all enjoy!!!
1 cup Mayo
1 cup sourcream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup grated asiago cheese ( u can buy it already shredded)
1/4 cup canned sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced sundried tomatos ( I buy the ones in oil )
Mix all ingedients together in small baking dish
sprinkle parmasean cheese and parsley on top and bake @ 350
for 30 min.
I slice fresh baggette bread to serve with. flwr
YUMMY!!!!!

yep me too!! I just Love Asiago cheese--so the dip has got to be good. Thanks for the recipe.

I have a question though, what size baking dish do you use---I would not want to use too big a dish & have dried out dip when I got done. nervous

I use a super small glass round bowl It holds 4 cups. It is a perferct size for this dish. I would not use anything bigger unless you are going to double the recipe. grin
