teach Anyone who uses Picassa to catalog/index their photos can click on "Tools"/ "experimental"/ "search", and Picassa will show you every picture in the folder that has "BLUE" (or several other colors) in it. It's not perfect (not every blue thing is a flower...) but it may be helpful for this project.

zone:8-11 as an evergreen perennial shrub or anywhere as a tender potted plant wintered indoors
Light: full sun (partial shade)
Height:6-8 feet
Width: 8-10 feet
Established plants need little supplemental water

Culture Light sandy soil, good drainage, slightly acidic
Plumbago can be pruned heavily to keep it neat and maximize the number of flowers. Late winter is best pruning time.
Propagation: Propagate plumbago from semi-ripe tip cuttings in summer. It can also be grown from seeds.
Clusters of phlox-like light blue flowers on new growth. It can bloom all year long unless the winter is very harsh. Can freeze to the ground and often regrows from the roots. Plumbago can be trained to grow vine-like on trellis' or fences.
