Have you ever fed it? Is it in a warm location with light and out of drafts? Is it close to a window to get too chilly? So much more than just over or under watering.

I haven't fed it yet. I bought it a couple weeks ago.
Its right next to my west facing kitchen window.
That spot and next to my north window are the only places i have for plants.
With me overwatering is a problem....

zz plants go through a period where they lose all leaves. during that time, you should not water. once dormancy is done, water fairly regularly and heavily (their native area in africa has a rainy season, so they actually do better with more water for that time period).

The yellowing of the leaves has finally subsided...

Any advice on my Moses in the Cradle plant??...The label says to keep it moist but the leaves are browning on the edges...:(

The ZZ plant is fairly hardy and will take just about any situation/environment you can throw at it. So I agree that you should not fuss over it. Your little Moses is in the same family as the Wandering Jews, so the care is similar. High light for vibrant color, average water, and fairly high humidity if you don't want the little brown edges. I love this family of plants! Good luck, not that you need it. Oh, and do your own research and forget the labels.
