this morning, I had a banana. THEN I remembered that I had a stix donut--so I had half of that. How is that for watching what I eat??? well at least you ate the banana, I would have watched the banana while I ate the donut.

Changed it up this AM.... Had some Kashi blueberry cereal and milk! It was so good!!!

neither Dodge---I dont always eat breakfast. usually just so something gets into my stomach. so today was gonna be a banana, but tehn I remembered the donut.
Sometimes I have oatmeal, sometimes I have cream of wheat, sometimes yogert.
on sundays I have bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, toast & coffee for breakfast.

On Maxi's plate today was an egg and cheese sandwiches! And a Red Delicious Apple! A glass of Almond Breeze Milk.

breakfast was cut up strawberries, kiwi, white grapes,mandarin oranges, water melon, ruby red grapefruit sections, all drizzled with lemon juice, and a toasted English muffin with Honey butter.

I want some of Diane's breakfast! Today on our plates, we had fresh bread oven toasted w/ melted butter! I cut the bread lengthwise from side to side, liberally spread the butter, then laid the halves face side up on the oven rack for a few minutes. The bread heated through, the butter melted, and the edges got crispy. Delish!

On our plates yesterday was the breakfast served to us at church by the men who shopped, cooked, served, and cleaned up afterward! They offered.... two types of scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, home fries, corned beef hash, ambrosia, baked beans, muffins, bananas, OJ, three types of coffee, teas, hot chocolate, and cereal. They do such a good job on Breakfast Sundays.

Dodge, the guys do it once a month. A bunch of them signed up to be on either the Red or the Blue team & the teams take turns. Not all the men in the church participate, but many do. After the food is cooked & served, the guys join their families at the tables and eat also. We wouldn't make you eat w/out your husband, Dodge!
