I had a very nice day. After dialysis, Maxi and I made a nice steak dinner w/ baked potatoes, salad, and corn. We had planned to have Cottage Pudding afterwards rather than the traditional cake & ice cream. (Cottage Pudding is a slice of pound cake in a bowl & a good bit of hot chocolate pudding on top). I was too achy, though, to make it for us, so Maxi made it! I was very impressed that he was able to make the cook 'n serve pudding without burning the milk!!!
So we had a nice evening. My sisters and some friends called and that was special too.
My sister Nancy is two years older than I am and she asked "So, how does it feel to be an old woman?!" I laughed and said "OLD!"
I am 53 today. Or, 37 as Bill so kindly suggested!!

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart? The other heart was given to another for us to find.
