Pineapple sage plant from seeds last year from Lynne. I'm finding it growing many different places in the yard from the wind blowing the seeds around and probably birds too.
This one is more a pink color as opposed to the red that it was last year,, a couple of others were pink this year too.

Ha ha ha
I wont let HD mow the lawn here.

One time my brother was doing me a favor, mow the lawn..
I had 12 chestnut trees I started from seeds.......He killed them all.
Last time I let a man mow.
then they mow all the grass onto the walks and flower beds.eek

I am the one who has to clean it .
Oh well I do enjoy mowing .He fixes the machine. zero turn mower. lol

Dodge--I am so glad that you have a good mower, that makes all the difference in the world.

now moving on.....

Below is a picrture of a sedum I have had since we moved onto the "farm" back in 1980. It had belonged to my DH's Great Aunt. When we moved to this house in 12/04, I brought a part of the plant with me, since it was Rod's Aunt's & all.

In the 29 years I have had this sedum it has never bloomed. You are all seeing the very first bloom, in all that time. I am SO excited!!!
Yes, I had transplanted parts of it all around the 'farm' when we lived there and still it did not bloom there. It is living in transplanted farm dirt here-(I had Rod bring my good dirt with us--) but blelow it is clay I am thinking.

PS the white "dots" on the green leaves is "Seven". So not to worry. thumbup
