Hi Everyone!
I'm new at growing anything. I've lived with just grass and annuals (started in pots) most of my life. I ventured out last year and had a little landscaping done. One of the plants choosen was 'viburnum' bushes. This year, they look naked except for a few leaves and blooms on the very top. How can I help them?

Can you tell us how it was planted??

ie; In regular garden soil,
or a bagged kind?
If bagged what kind??

Was it fertilized, if yes, what kind
and how, in the morning, afternoon, night?
and was the soil dry???

Viburnums are sorta slow starters in the spring time
though..
Give it a wee~bit more time and they should leave out
for you...

If not, any chance of a picture??
That helps greatly and we may be able to see/detect
other problems thru the picture!

Did you notice any chewed leaves? My Snowball viburnum was attacked regularly by viburnum beetle. Also, they are very slow starters. Mine are just starting to leaf out now.
