Sprouts and cauli bolted..

Not sure what went wrong this last spring, but both my sprouts and cauliflour bolted ,and went to seed.. HELP!

Where were they located?
Like in full sun??

And did you use any fertilizers?
If yes, what kind?

And did you use regular garden soil
or was it a bagged soil?
If it was a bagged soil, what kind/name?????

Yes it was a warm spring, But All is not in vein, I have just found that the caulis that were exposed most to the wintery elements are forming lovely white heads.
Weezie.. I planted in ordinary soil.

i have califlower growin! should i watch for bolting? right now there just green leaves,
