Can anyone identify this bug for me....and let me know if it's a good bug or a bad one. I'm actually amazed that the picture turned out so well. It moves fast and flies a bit too.

Jiffymouse I can kind of see which family this bug belongs too, but so far in my search I'm not reading anything that says they are harmful bugs as far as plants are concerned. There are so many bugs out in our area this year .... some say because it's wet and humid. I was literally swarmed by mosquitoes last night in our garden. Had to spray myself 2 times before I could actually work.
