I have several heirloom rambling roses called "Super Dorothy" that I planted along our split rail fence two years ago. They are doing very nicely but they are growing long and I would like them to grow full. Does anybody know if I can cut them back to make them stop growing long and if so, when do I cut them back?

Thanks.
