It is soft like an annual, yet has leaves like a tree..It is nice..

What is that name in English ?

Abutilon =Flowering Maple,, A member of the Mallow/ Hibiscus Family as I had previously suggested,,

"The Flowering Maple belongs to the Mallow family of plants (Malvaceae) and includes among its close relatives the Mallows, Hollyhocks, Cotton, Hibiscus, Okra, and rose of Sharon"

There are different varieties of it,, from speckled leaves,, to plain, to variegated. and different colored blooms as well.

WOW - your picture doesn't look anything like my flowering maple that I got last year.
Mine looks exactly like the one in Diane's link.

I hope it is a bloomer and cute .. Thing that bothers me, it is in front of the flower bed and it is getting taller than the rest..

I do have hibiscus, Hollyhock an that stuff there. There was just 2 of these.
I planted a whole slew of seeds last fall an none seemed to grow..
