I am not sure if this is my place to say it, BUT:
Christmas Card Exchange:
every year there will be a thread put up that will ask if anyone wants to put their name on the Christmas card exchange list- then you PM your address to the moderator taking care of this, and at the proper time a list of all names & addresses is PM'd to you.--
\
about birthdays--
in Banter Hall someone starts a happy birthday thread for someone's birthday and any one that wants to, posts a "Happy Birthday" post to the birthday person.

If you wish to have a certain persons address to send a personal card you must ask the person for his or her address via a PM---that way no personal information is out on the open internet.

I hope this is clear enough?????
