I have a few fancy bought water plants, but also scour local ponds/lakes/bogs for my ponds.
I have 3 10-25 gallon buckets around the yard that I have turned into little water gardens. Then I have a big pond that is 22' X 19', 4-6 foot deep. My newest pond is only 12' X 9'.3 foot to 5 foot in depth.
