I've been having a rough time lately, and decided that today was the day that I was going to get myself a treat, so I was thrilled to find this solar light at Christmas Tree Shops today. I'm not so crazy about all the many solar lights that are out there lately, but this one spoke my name! It came in blue or green - of COURSE I had to get the blue, to put out by my pond!

Light this afternoon when I got home in the daylight.

Tonight without even having a day to charge up in the sun - this is the light from being in the store only. I hope it gets brighter as it gets solar charged, though I'll probably have to wait a few days - it's supposed to rain all weekend. rspb

Thanks everyone!

Sheri - that rock wall was all over the ground when we first moved in here - Don rebuilt it the first summer we lived here - piece by piece - it took him the entire summer - 2 months to get it all done, and in the process he got a horrible case of poison ivy - it even went through his shirt and was blistering all over his abdomen! Poor guy - the only other time I've seen him that miserable was when he got the chicken pox when Brian was 5 and shared it with him!

Anyone else get any new solar lights they'd like to share here?

not a classy as yours is Lynne, but, well, you asked so here it is---but surely I shared this already, right???

I have 2 more, 1 blue & 1 green, all 3 the same style----I am keeping 2 of the 3 for my long flower bed, but I am not sure which is going in my "gift bag" as of yet--- why so right now all I have out is the one blue one.

That looks very nice, Carol! May I make a suggestion? Next time take the picture of the light with your camera flash turned off - it shows the light better in the solar light, though I did like seeing the structure of the light too - pretty! Maybe one of each?

The light looks like it has a good solar panel inside. I've seen quite a few of that type in both Home Goods and TJMaxx this season - guess they are popular this year. Glad you were able to get some.

garden ridge......It's about an hour away but I'll go out there this week. I think Johnny's right. I'm spending more on gas than I would have if I had bought that $50.00 pot out right.

The other heart was given to another for us to find.
