Yes for right now all of the glitches have calmed down. Until the next time. I've actually gotten to the point of looking forward to them a bit. How sad is that?

I spoke too soon. The pet's hunger/health/happiness meters are bouncing around again. And my one glitchy account is back to being glitchy.
But I you ordered something from the estore on Aug 2 of last year you might have just doubled up on your order. People are reporting getting a new order confirmation with new codes. The second code apparently works. I am hanging on to mine for a bit to see what shakes out with that. Some glitches work against you and every once in a while they work for you.

Lately I have had stuff showing up in my dock that I didn't put there. I tried to sell some of it and send some of it as gifts but I get a window that says non valid item. I didn't buy them so I don't know why they're there.

I haven't had a glitch like that, Sheri. Wait a while and they may just unglitch so you will be able to sell or send. What kind of items? Is any of it food? Can you feed it to your pets? That is an interesting glitch.

how odd. Not the stoves on the wow? There are the old fashioned ones now but the sky blue ones were up on the wheel before. But I have never had any problems selling off my wow wins.

You can wear it or do what I do, tuck it away in a cabinet somewhere. Or you could sell it in the w-shop for a couple thou, I think. You can also go for another crown if you want one. Or just sell any gems you might get in future.
Congrats. We all strive so hard for that first crown.

Good Afternoon---

As I have said earlier, I am virtual grandpuppy sitting. Today I went and took care of "Thor" first.--all went well--I was even allowed into the gardens to garden.

I then went to My webkinz and begsan to do my dailies.--all went well until I tried to get into the veggie gardens---no matter what I do, or how I do it--I cannot get in to do my gardening.---I can do all else. What happesn is I remain stuck on my "chair" loading page----I guess I will try again later. why

I was able to garden this morning. I haven't been back lately. But my food and happy thing are messed up again. Maybe it has something to do with the weather.

I have been stuck unable to garden in one account the same way. I also have two with the 'meter meltdown' for the health, etc. I am just waiting for a fix. Twiddling my thumbs.

Tina--I finally had a glitch work to my advantage.----

My wacky Bingoz boards have not been cleared off for about a week now--which I guess "Could" be have happened why...but last night when I got done with my extra bingoz balls (the hourlys) I had 2 numbers to go yet in one of my lines to complete a row in the Ball 3 board.----
This morning when I go in to do my dailies I find I have that row completed (before I play). why But Hey, I'll take the money---- lol--I think I may have gotten a few hundred dollars???--and of course I got a badge---

A friend had her Go Fish cards fall off a table and was unable to move them, the table they were on or play the game for almost a week and yesterday I went in one room to find that my Monkey Monkey doll was on the floor, my Boom box melted in to my table and my card on the floor. Then last night my friend called to say that as her pet walked past the table, just walked passed mind you, the card game came up and she was able to play a game of go fish but the cards were still on the floor. So i went and checked my stuff and it was all in place. I told her to go back and try removing her cards completely into her "STUFF" category then try placing them back on her table. She did as I suggested and all is well now.

My next house will have no kitchen - just vending machines and a large trash can.

Yes, things get stuck. Never move the table that they were on before getting stuck or you may not be able to unstick them without divine intervention (from Ganz). Mostly it is things set on tables or counters that get stuck. Sometimes it it is vehicles you are trying to ride from room to room. I have most of my things on the floor now. Messier but less sticking.

My friend and I have been getting the message " Server upgrade in progress. Webkinz will return shortly" and have not been able to log in since about 1:30 pm central time. Has anyone else had this trouble?

Tina, do you have any idea what the "Webkinz Cares Game" is? Brennan got a pack of the new trading cards tonight. When we went to the code shop to enter it I noticed the Webkinz Cares Game at the bottom. I clicked on it and it let me click on a heart for a prize. I got 81kc and it said another member also got the same for me playing. It says I have 4 tries left but I have used all my turns for today. Is this something that everyone has? We have only adopted 1 Webkinz Cares pet.

Update: Nevermind I found it on Webkinz Newz. I had no idea adopting a Webkinz Cares pet unlocked the game. If any of you all on here have the pet go and check it out if you didn't know about the game either. You only get 5 tries per pet code entered and you can only do it once a day until they are used up.

Yes, Rachel. I have adopted a lot of cares pets. (Please don't make me count blush) And I have even benefited and received something from someone else's turn at the WC game. It is mostly small cash or food items. But I have also received some Kinzstyle shop clothing.

It is not a true server upgrade. It is a huge glitch or a mess of them. And most of Ganz is off for the weekend. It will be interesting to see what happens.

i did notice a nice upgrade when i was able to get on last night.

i was in the curio shop, gem mining, and when it came time to decide whether to save or sell my gem, there was a line under it that said how many i already had. so, i sold it, then i went to my gem box to verify and it was right thumbup i like that! clap

That is a nice new thing they did with the upgrades they did this past week. As well as the tree top rooms for the bird pets.
But every time they add new stuff they have so many problems with other areas. Right now if you adopt you will probably be frozen out of your account altogether. Some have been locked out all week. And kinzpost is pretty messed up when you try to open things. I am hoping they called in their local geeks this weekend and are working on the problems. There are a lot of disappointed kids out there.

Luckily here it is very pretty outside so Brennan isn't in the house upset that he can't get in WW. I'm a bit disappointed, though. But it's ok. For as much stuff as that website does and as many users that are constantly on there it does work pretty smoothly for the most part. I can't complain.

No, I try not to complain much either. I like it still. There is so much to do that I'm almost glad it is down so I am not tempted. It is evenings when I miss it most.

I tend to "complain" but it is more of a notification in my mind---so that Ganz knows something is wrong.--I agree Tina, when I cannot get on it leaves me free to do "other stuff" bow

Well, when ww is messed up,I do come here or go to other sites to make sure it isn't just me. So I'm glad someone is out there complaining so I don't feel so all alone.

not worth the wait here, this is what i got,
wishing well, congratulations, you have received 0 kinzcash, blue gunk on the wheel of wow, sap glop in the majical forest, bad fairy in the charm forest, missed all the stars in the star hunt, missed the bucket twice in pachinko, empty pillow at arties and i had no idea what quizzy was driving at with the garment question. i was just laughing mfa off by the time i hit the "my room" button and found nothing harvest stage in there. so i am going to go play some quizzys word challenge and make up for all the strike-outs. what a deal. good thing i made oatmeal cookies today, i have something going my way!!! haha

OH My Goodness, Tina--I should say she does have welcome gifts-----Thank you so very much!!!!!They are all just perfect!!!! clap

I have 2 questions.

1) Does one buy flooring & wallpaper like for the other rooms???--I have what is called "Atlantis flooring" but I am guessing how the room looks now is how it should be???

2) is there other underwater rooms to buy???? or do I have her just go around my house in her "bubble" like she has been???

Again thank you for your generosity. kissie

I think you can put in any wallpaper or flooring you would like. I'm not at all happy with the way the watery atmosphere fades everything. You can buy as many underwater rooms as you would like. If your land-based pets visit your water rooms, they will be wearing the helmets. Even things like the seals. It is quite funny.

Cindy--I just came back from checking my mail--thank you so much----and guess what??? I did not have what you sent me, so no need to sell & buy other stuff for me--- clap

little Henrietta now has a beautiful, well decorated room.

Bless you both---I do so wish I could return the favor-----

PS: I tried to add some of the Atlantis flooring and I was told that only went into "inside" rooms...

I guess some day they will "get" flooring & walls......

See, I don't always have accurate info. I do have a water room. I only have the underwater bed in there for Fanny, my fantail fish. It has the gray walls and floors of a new bought room and I like them. I have vacation furniture in there. I like it better than the underwater furniture.

If you go on the island vacation (which I do not very often) You can go to the souvenir shop. They have a couple of items that I bought. They only allow three items per vacation and they change items with different vacations.
But I have a couple of anchors hanging out of the wall and a couple of the seashell end tables and a blow up palm tree. I don't spend much time and effort on decor.

Well, they don't come with the vacations unless you win them on your wheel spin or in a raffle. You have to buy them.

that is one of 2 gardens in that account, the other is not nearly so orderly and has corn and tomatoes too for the recipes i like making. it hardly ever goes off all at once like the other one does and i think its harder to maintain cuz its so "random" i miss weeds in there all the time which throws the harvest off.

Yes, I am very happy about the new stuff. And not unhappy about the retired items. None were favorites of mine. Congrats on your purchase, Patunia. Did you get a new wish badge with that? I am not into the mypage stuff very much.

remember in the beginning when Ally's pets ate all the time. That's started again over the weekend. I've been staying off her site hoping it will clear up. It's no fun moving the furniture around when you're feeding every few minutes. What will actually happen if I let the food icon get as low as it will go?

If you let the food go way down, eventually the pet will get sick and you won't be able to do anything except got to Dr. Quack. He can charge up to $50 for a dose of meds and your pet still won't be full.
Try taking the pets to the spa in the travel agency. Unless she has a lot of pets, it shouldn't cost too much and they will all be full, healthy and happy.

Well, when you get a lot of pets on one account it can cost thousands at the spa. Then it is so not worth it. But with just a few it can be cheaper than buying food for them. And the meters all top up.
And I learned all I know from someone else. Or many someones to be exact.

Yes, I have been on the Vacation trip several times. They have some great food items there so I can fill my squirrely girl up without depleting my own food stock and can play and shop there some.
But by the way how do you get those great pictures of your webkinz site up here?! I would love to do that but considering that it took me more years than you can imagine to learn how to copy and paste I guess it is way to complicated for me to learn.

Ok, I was talking about the spa which is cheaper than the vacations.
It took me a while to learn to do screen shots of my rooms.
First on my computer I had to find the print screen button. Then I had to learn to push it at the same time as the alt button. Ok that pretty much saves your current screen into your mouse, sort of.
Then I had to find the program on my computer called paint. I found that under all programs, then accessories.
When a paint screen comes up I push the Edit button at the top of the page and then "paste". Viola! my saved screen shows up!
I use the square cutting tool On the right to surround the parts I want to keep and then right click on it to get to "copy".
Then I go to the top of the page again to File and open a new page in paint. It asks if you want to save the current one. I say no.
When the new page comes up I right click and "paste"
Then I go back to File at the top of the page and "save as..." (Give it a name)
Then it is in my saved photos and I have to put it into my Photobucket in order to post it. This is why I don't do a lot of screen shots.

Are the vacations only Tropical and the Spa? Do they ever change? I've been on the tropical one twice and the souvenirs have been the same each time.

Those are the only options right now. And the souvenirs do change up a bit. Not a lot. I don't vacation as I don't feel it is worth the $ too much. I am a cheapskate miser in real life too.

Congratulations JunieG!!
I just learned how to show my rooms on my pages. I still don't understand a lot of things there.

My next house will have no kitchen - just vending machines and a large trash can.

When you figure out all of mypage, you can do a tutorial. I haven't hardly even looked in there. Haven't a clue what a widget is.

Have any of you by chance checked out the latest Webkinz contest? It says to decorate a small room with yellow furniture and decorations from the w shop. The most creative will win an e-store exclusive bunny. Brennan wants me to enter it. Problem is, there is very little yellow furniture. I'm wondering how particular they are about yellow. For instance, would my entry be void if anything without yellow was used? There isn't much that can be done in a small room with such limited furniture options. I'm having trouble coming up with a theme or exact type of room.

Yes, Rachel. I think I would have Brennan do the yellow room theme. It is a contest that would be hard to judge because most of them would be so similar with those few options. I am not sure how picky they are about actual yellow being the only color.

Thanks Sheri. I think we've got everything we need. Unfortunately items with yellow on them are very limited. This is what I've come up with so far. I think I need to change the walls to yellow. It still needs a little something somewhere but I'm not sure what. If any of you have any suggestions please let me know.

The picture shown in the Webkinz Newz shows items that have yellow on them but aren't completely yellow. So, I figured as long as it has that color I should be ok.....hopefully. I refuse to buy any of the e store items. We spend enough on the plush pets as it is. This will be Brennan's only chance to get one.

Good luck Rachael!!! I think that little room is so sweet and pretty but hey maybe the walls need to be a pale yellow if they have it. That is one of my biggest gripes with them. The fact that they don't have enough variations of colors in furniture and wall and floorings. But I will be pulling for you!

And Bestofour, they don't have enough vending machines for me to buy or at least not in the area that I am in. LOL. Guess they haven't heard how much I don't care for cooking. At least at TY.com most of their food is take out or vending.but their decorations, walls, and so on are not as selective or as cute (to me) as Webkinz.

My next house will have no kitchen - just vending machines and a large trash can.

that room is darling but I too think you should do the walls yellow since that's what they're looking for.

Got the cooler Sheri, thanks! Yes, the walls do need to be yellow. I've changed them. It just looks like a room full of mustard.

The contest rules state they allow one entry per email address instead of per Webkinz account. So, Brennan is going to do a room also to enter.

I would love for him to beat me and win. I would get a much bigger thrill from that. Even if neither of us win we've had fun together working on them.
