I needed to start a new one so I could thank Carol for the awesome snowflake rug. I just couldn't bring myself to sit and wait for flakes but really wanted one of those. Thank you so much. You are a sweety!

I remember you saying that they were a desired item--so I sent it to you---it was the very least I could do--I am so glad that you like it. shots

Good Morning..

Today I decided to go ahead & buy another outside yard, so I could garden more---so I was so very careful to chose the right place---and then stupid me, I bought a regular room, which if I could move it would be OK----

I have e-mailed webkinz--we shall see if they answer me,,,

I feel so dumb---thanks for listening

Hmmmm. less than a year ago I was going to buy a new large room and ended up with a yard I didn't particularly want in that spot. Or vice versa. I just decided to live with whatever it was..

I was given two webkinz for Christmas. I have the frog and a polar bear. My frog belongs to the webkinz site. His name is Geffrick Von Emomon. My user name is Maxcasco.

Oh, good Maxi. I will go add you to my accounts now. I have a mess of Tedkinz and a Jonkinz account. You need to accept friendship requests and we can send you goodies.

Maxi had his bag packed and was on his way out the door to his dad's when we noticed that you Tina, and Carol Jean had posted to him. I quickly read to him what you'd said. He told me he would visit the site soon and do as you suggested. I have no idea what y'all are talking about but he seemed to know well enough. He sometimes can use his dad's pc but not too often, and of course he uses mine on weekends. I don't know if he can use his school laptop for webkinz or not.

You need to get his password and get on his account during the week when he is gone, Merme. You like to play games and there are a lot of simple games to play. And then you end up making a lot of kinzcash for Maxi to spend. I am on other sites chock full of mothers and grandmothers who started out helping their kids and became quite hooked themselves. It is an easy safe thing for kids to do online.

Doubtful I will do that, my friends. Maxi had some sort of cyber pet a few years ago that I ended up caring for! As if I didn't already have enough to do!! lol Later he wanted to get another one and I said "NO WAY!"

I'm not the one who got him the webkinz either.

I have a question---

From the Webkinz winterfest I have several items and food. is there a reason to keep the ones I do not want?? Or can I begin to use them (as in the case of the food) I have multiples---with the exception of the rugs--I do not necessarily need them, or do I???

Sorry to be such a nuisance...There is jsut so much I need to learn I guess--- why

I used to sell off all extras. But then I started trading. Then I got a little bored with trading and just saved to gift. There is really no point in saving things unless you plan on getting into the trading part. Which you can do right in the clubhouse now.
When Jiffy and Scott started playing Webkinz, I had so much extra stuff to share. I was able to help them get a head start on their different rare rooms with bits and pieces. I was able to trade some of my desirable goodies away for others desirable goodies and get Brennan a lot of the vehicles for his collection.
And likewise sending you some 'spare parts' is fun too, Carol.
This is why I keep asking people what they may like. So I can get rid of stored junk.
So the answer is do whatever you would like to do with your extra stuff.

Thanks, Tina--I appreciate all your help. I didnt know about the trading but I think I prefer to give away what I can't use. Esp. since I apprecuiated all of the help I got here--. Kinda like returning the favor---

waht I was really asking was----is webkinz going to turn around and say well if you have this this or this from Winterfest--you can now do such and such with it??

No, I don't think so. They are just items or food. When people started collecting and trading originally, I think Ganz was kind of taken by surprise at the start. But they have realized that it is one of the biggest attractions of it all and bought into it themselves.
Just relax and do what you want with your stuff.

I'll try to get a pic posted. I'm having probs w/Webkinz and I always have probs w/Photobucket.

Brennan's face was priceless when he saw it. I told him to go into his rooms in WW that I had finished decorating the Asian room for him. When it opened up, it was close up right on the trophy. His mouth dropped open and his eyes bugged out. He was so excited. I think next to the vehicles the trophies are his favorites.

I like your different colored walls Patunia. The theme walls and floor together are a bit much. Brennan is a real stickler for using the theme only in a room. I was surprised he didn't object to the plants I put in. He will move the trophy, though. He has the "tropy rocket room" where he puts all of them.

I need to also say that I was so lost when I first started. I hadn't a clue as to how to go about anything. So there is no such thing as a stupid question.

Yep, give us your user name and we can add you as a friend and send gifts. My (Brennan's) user name is tater1999. You have to click on the remote at the bottom right of the screen and click to add a friend. You will type in there name and send the friend's request. Or, if someone sends you a request you will have a message when you log on that so and so wants to be friends then it will ask you if you accept. I hope this makes some sense. Once you are on there and play around for awhile you will figure everything out. There is a lot of fun stuff to do and ways to make kinzcash to buy things in the w shop.

Welcome to the world of Webkinz, memosa.

I have only been a member since October of 08 myself. Everyone here has been most helpful. I too will help you all I can. and yes if you would just let us know your user name we could send you stuff--to help you get started.

what else I advise is go back and read say Webkinz nuts 70, 71, & 72. It might well answer many of your questions---at very least I know it will help!!!
