When You Go to Picli, look on the right side of the page where it says, "Upcoming". There is a column of small thumbnails you click on to see the large pictures. You can then leave a comment. Many of these photographers are Italian, or South American. This is a TRUE worldwide photography forum.

Dodge, the two pictures above yours on the thumbnails are from Mt. Gargano on the Adriatic Coast of Italy near Apulia, Italy. They were made by one of our regular Itallian photographers, Bellamiata.

I also see that you have 4 votes now. I think that you will SOON have a full-sized picture on the front page of Picli, which will put you in the running for a weekly award. You don't get anything for the award. You just get to know that for THAT week you had one of the best photos IN THE WORLD out of the hundreds submitted. You can then truthfully ?) say that you are an international award-winning photographer.

I THINK non-members can vote, too. I helped design their website into German for them, but I'm not sure aout that.

It is knowing what subject the viewers WANT to see, and how to present it in a pleasingly artistic way. You NAILED both of these points with your picture. I think the photographers on Picli might like your fighting Hummers too, Dodge.

Your pictures will always be there. It stays on the front page until enough new candidates push it off. Then it is pushed to page 2 and so on. We get some businesses (Battery dealers, stamp dealers, travel agents, and dating services), that TRY to spam Picli with dozens of pictures at once. I post two or three pictures a week at most. I only post the pics that I think are unusual or interesting.

Always someone try to ruin a good thing.

HOT OUT OF PHOTOSHOP!!! here is a picture I took about 4 hours ago that may be the BEST Hummer picture I've EVER taken, and among the best bird pictures I've ever taken, too!

Boy thorn, Your really on the ball now.

I have 3 or 4 constantly fighting......They just zoom in like jets at each other ....Then along comes rednecker and everything goes.. Nasty.

Maybe I better scarf up one of those weeny ones..
