still in the midst of the storm here. been going for an hour now.

i JUST made it to my town border (coming home from work) as it was starting to thunder and spit. in the ten minutes it took to get from the border across town to my street it was coming down in sheets and LOTS of lightening.

it's been going in spurts. which i'm grateful for - when it rains too hard for too long after a dry spell, the basement gets water. so far, it's dry. the thunder/lightening is getting less and it's further away...need to go out and see how far the temp dropped...

Mark - the storms are going from west to east and I really think we are done here - the temperature did cool down to the 70's outside, but hasn't cooled down in here yet at all!

Be safe Mark!

We got hit with the thunder and lightning storms late last night....we didn't get any heat though. Still chilly this morning.

It rained so hard that it was pushing through the bottom of my door. Need to put a new door sweep on this week. I have to replace it every spring and just forgot about it this year.
