I also couldn't get in for the token balloon dartz. So I went crawling around the net and found that there are about a million disappointed kids who stayed up late to do them. And a few other adults as well.

You are welcome Jiffy. I went into your account to see if you had the king's throne yet and you didn't. It was one of the rares today. The other was the geographic globe that I sent Scott for his science theme.

Something new this weekend. Flying pigs across your screen and you get a handful of jelly beans when you click on it. The flying pigs are in airplanes.

One of the stores here is having the special Webkinz event. They didn't have any of the new pets to buy. But, you know Brennan he'll take any pet. He bought a dalmation and got the leopard free. He had wanted the dalmation for a while. He had just got the leopard a few weeks ago. He was still very excited to get it 'free' with the other one. They don't have any other 'special' events planned this weekend like the Wheel of Wow or things some of the other stores are doing.

If you never have you should. These things are fun and fun is good.
My local hallmark decided to join in on the event, (late). I stopped by today and bought 5 packs of cards. I also chose the leopard as my freebie. They aren't doing any of the other things either. There are lot's of 'events' on Saturdays hourlies to keep a body busy though.

I just posted here. I know I did. I must have a phobia about submitting. I said that I have a couple or three pets named after me now. And I'm honored. Thank you Brennan.

so scott and i went to the store yesterday and he found more webkinz that he wanted than i did but we got one each, plus the free one each. so, he had 2 more to add (plus the two he has to add already) and i have 2 more, plus the 3 more i already had to add. but he came home and promptly started playing with his account.
question: has anyone else had instances of pets they thought were in bed randomly showing up at the door of different rooms? i was playing with sarah, my lil hippo and i caught larry standing at the door of the pumpkin patch. his meters were full, but it was weird!
Yes, You may put them to bed but like regular kids and pets, they don't always stay there. Once I had a bear sleeping on the floor in the corner of the room, every room in the house. I only have one bear. When I logged out and back in he was back to his own room and his own bed. (in the same corner). It is fairly normal behavior.

that was actually my first thought. you or loz or scott! but, then i thought, he was in bed when i went to bed, and why would he be up now? i think he was just wanting to play with sarah.
scott has had the trouble with maggie and leo too.
someday you will go into a room and it will be empty. everything gone. Or most of it gone. It makes you feel just like you would in the real world if you came home to the same thing. But usually if you log out/in, it is back. Sometimes I've had to log out/in more than once.

That happened to me in my "rare stuff" room once....I about cr@pped my pants at first! I didn't know that it was a glitch, I thought somebody hacked me and stole all my stuff.
On a side note I have a new veggie room now....so I'm up to 5......I just love seeing the money roll in!
I have 5 full gardens too. I think about putting in another on occasion but 5 is all I want to care for right now. Isn't it so much nicer now that you know you don't have to water? That was so tedious. I probably would have given up the gardens by now if I hadn't stumbled onto that.

Back when I had to water it just about killed me....weeding AND watering all of that every single day. I grew to hate it. But now that I can just weed I love it! I love going in each day and seeing how much money I've made.
That is the way it works most often. I usually get 20 or 50. Today I got the mystery cash twice. Once for 13 and the second for 19. It beats mystery cash of $1 though and I've gotten that in the past, too. Balloon dartz next hour.

I hope I'm not too late with this. The webkinz day gift has a wish coin in it, If you don't open the box, you can send the wish coin to the account you want it in and open it there. That is for multiple accounts. It is the only way you can mail a wish token.

Well, I lied. People with the Asian accounts were able to send them. But I think they closed up that glitch because I can't. Too bad. I would have had enough to try that machine out. I'll just have to wait some more and that is OK, too.

I have three super bed boxes just hanging around in my dock. Waiting for me to decide. I will decide when I figure a room theme that I want to go with.

I made Mac Nugget a reading room with the book bed, kids bookshelves, and some of the Wizard theme bookshelves...
As much as I love reading I should've done that a long time ago.
I think eventually I will buy a large room and make a library. Right now that stuff is in a small room, I'd emptied it out a while ago and it was just sitting there so I figured I'd use it for now.
I :ding: superbeds.
I could never just keep the boxes in my room, I'm too impatient.
There haven't been too many good things lately.....I agree.
I'm just rolling in the KC from my gardens....I love it, the thing I dreaded the most at one time is now the thing I look forward to doing the most each day!
Loz, I am going to miss all of the dailies up through the 7 pm (the yum spin thru balloon dartz) one for both Jiffy and my accounts. I can afford to miss the stuff but I hate to miss them for Jiffy and Scott. If you are around, could you? Purty please?

There is a new theme today in the w shop. Be careful buying today, though. You may want to wait a day or two. I've already had 3 things disappear. Two of the items I bought did not show up in my dock after I paid for them. I used coupons on them also that I lost. I had a third item disappear as I was putting it into the room. It is a cute theme. I was glad to see a theme aimed towards boys instead of the pinky cutsie stuff.

That stinks Rachel! Some of it is cute.....I bought stuff from it in my 2 accounts and didn't have any problems.....really does suck that you had stuff disappear like that, especially when you used coupons.
On a side note, my sister just called me with my mouse code.
I bought all the stuff again and finished the room. I love it! It's one of favorites so far. I have our little mouse in there with a cute red baseball cap on! I tried to get a picture to post on here but photobucket won't work for me right now. I'll try again later.

Brennan named his little mouse Nibbles. He got the dalmation and another leopard the other day. He named the leopard Tina and the dalmation Spotz. We didn't realize until after that his other leopard is named Spotz, too! I guess out of 63 pets we've done good if we've only named 2 the same.

He did sleep with every one of them, plus 3 huge stuffed animals, 2 regular sized pillows, 2 throw pillows and his new Cindy Bear. But we found a fantastic thing at Ikea to keep them in. It is about a foot round and about 6 feet long made of mesh cloth. It has 6 or 7 compartments in it to hold stuff. They fit well in there with room for more. It was just $5 and well worth it to keep the massive amount of Webkinz at bay.
He still sleeps with all the huge stuffed animals, all the pillows, the Cindy Bear and about 5 Webkinz. He will not go to sleep, or anywhere for that matter, without Tiny Jo (Mommy's) and Nosey. Nosey is the elephant that Brennan bought when we took Mommy to the airport one time. He put it in the account with Tiny Jo that Mommy had originally opened. So they are both Cindy Granny Webkinz.

I should give my plushes away, but I can't! They are just too cute and I'd feel like I was abandoning them. That's the 11 year old in me speaking there.
I have a big metal corner shelf in that bedroom, they used to just fill one of the 3 shelves.....then 2, now they have taken over the whole thing. Just like a Webkinz store.
hola! back from a much needed break on a sunny beach. got a question for you seasoned "farmers"...how long can you let your ready - to - harvest crops go before they turn brown? while i was away, my sister got my harvests off sync and i need to get them back to "same day harvest" cuz its easier for me. this is the second day for a stray pumpkin,& just little flowers on the rest, but i had all the watermelons except 3 ripen today and i want to wait. i can see little melons, so i think they are a day or so away, but not sure. i just spent a "small fortune" re-doing a room she added to my house while i was away...i guess she thought i needed a big diner and bought a large yard by mistake and then a large room and decorated it! so now i have 2 new rooms, i wasn't expecting. ugh... anyways, thats sisters for ya! lol. at least she did webkinz day for us and got a rainy day window and a ribbons and bows tree too. that was cool.
Welcome home. If you wait more than a day they go brown and you lose the crop, Patunia. I would do the 'major harvest and dig in the rest of the same type to restart them for the same harvest time in the future. Even after that some will become a little delayed because they get slowed down by those pesky weeds. I prefer mine to be scattered harvest times myself. Spreads the work out a bit.

You really racked it up there, Loz. I adopted my panda just after midnight on the first. I couldn't tell you how much cash came along because I didn't keep track. But I got the lurking lagoon with it and I love it. It also came with a ninth wish token on the account. Today is Ted's b-day so he got a tenth token and I got to look into the wish machine. Everything that I want is more than 10 tokens though so I will wait for more to get an exclusive of my choice. I have three accounts with pandas so it is a busy month for me.

oh and I named him Peter Panda I have four virtual pandas from cards, named Barely, Barley and Bart. Jonni named the one I gave her, Syko. She pronounces it psycho and I say it is sicko.

Tina you aren't around......Shoot....I have no way of getting a hold of you....I'd hate for you to miss the statue....I just don't have enough in my second account to buy another one.....
Yes, I want the whole theme and some of it isn't even very pretty or nice looking. The tables and chest for instance. I like the rest so far though. I do need to stop collecting so much virtual junk though. I am tempted to go in and start selling stuff off.

If you have a room with too many moving things in it, it will lug down. Jonni wanted a room filled with balloons. So I got her a mess of balloons through trades. But they move and float around and it took the pets a long time just to walk through them. They also get stuck loading a lot. Somewhere, (in the guide?) they said not to fill your rooms more than 50% to keep things running smoothly. Almost all of mine are more than 50%. And I can tell the fullest by how long it takes to load

I didn't realize that you can go into the exclusive items in the w-shop and see how many wish tokens they want for each item. That's pretty cool.
I think I want that outdoor lamp for in one of my yards.....or the circle of friends topiary!
Why is it that I've got a gazillion ribbon trees, wishing wells, and propeller planes. Drives me nuts.
Although I did get the music box a few weeks ago and it's really cool.
My sister said Athena has a little friend and that she's addicted to Webkinz now too and could I hook her up with outdoor stuff....so I sent her some stuff yesterday and bought that rare and geez the money drains fast doesn't it?
Talked to Athena and she said, guess what Aunt Loz---I have 2 new Webkinz. She got the Mouse and the Panda too.....
Loz, I am sending you a circle of friends topiary. I have a couple of those. I just got the outdoor lamp and I love it. But I only have one. The problem with the topiaries is that you have to zoom in on them to see any details and even then they are not as defined as I would like.

It's like I get so many multiples of certain things---can't they work that out so we get a wider selection ya know?
What are you saving your tokens up for? I think that lamp would be cool for outside....I think that is what I will get...I just need 2 more. Or maybe it was 12 tokens and I need 4 more.
I'm not sure what I'm saving them for. I just want enough to choose what I want when I want it. The emperor's settee is in the c-shop right now for a mere $8300.

Oh POOP. I missed it, I didn't know it was going to be there today. Oh well, that let's me save some money.
I wish they had exclusive stuff in the wish factory that was JUST exclusive to there....you know? Some new and different stuff that would be really worth saving up for.
Usually there is a new survey every Monday and Friday. They were a little late this week. The new one came up today. I would like to see the results of this one.

If someone is around at noon kt, the emperor's bed is going to be in the c-shop for 11,100 or there abouts. If someone would like to dip into my tedkinz account and purchase one for me, it would be much appreciated. I am going to be out of the house then.

Very nice! I didn't get to all of them, but had to check out "rave room", too funny! and jonni's lair, that is cool. The reading room is quiet and peaceful, the conservatory is wonderful.
Thank you so much, Mel. Jonni's lair and the rave room were Jonni's rooms before she got her own account. Now they are storage for all of that cyber-junk I've been complaining about.
