Well, I did spread the expense around five accounts then send them to myself. That helps a lot. The rest is playing games, doing jobs, the dailies and showing up to do the hourly stuff. I love earning money. Even virtual money. I must be a miser.

i missed it all boohoo ended up going out unplanned, but before we could get out of the driveway, we got waylayed by a friend of matthew's who works for the forestry department. was a good visit regarding clearing our land, but it slowed me down anyway!

ok, done griping. what i really want to know is about everyone's webkinz gardens. i have 3, one all pumpkins, one all strawberries, and one that is mixed. i made almost 400 kc today, which is average. how about you?

I kept track for a while. I have 3 large gardens on one account and one each on my other two accounts. I average earning a little over 3,000 a week from these altogether. I tried to mix up the planting times so I don't have 400 strawberries to harvest at the same time, etc. That gets awfully tedious. The 'experts' say strawberries are the biggest income producer. I am mighty fond of pumpkins and watermelons. They 'feel' like big income to me.

i like a mix. and you are right about the tedious feeling if they all are ready to harvest at once. my planting times are all mixed too.

Well, A whole yard full of ripe pumpkins looks so nice. But after you've harvested it a few times, it starts not looking so good.

That's what Jiffy was saying last night, that's the ONLY reason I planted again. Weeding isn't so bad, but the weeding and daily watering of a zillion plants was killing me.

You did not have the same zillions that I had. Harvesting can be a bear but at least you can watch that cash roll upwards.

hmmm, oh and here's an interesting thing, i got a virtual pet in the trading cards, turns out it was a terrier, wish they would just tell you ahead of time so you could come up with a name without ms birdie sitting there tapping her little foot...anyhoooo, before i adopted, i went to my map and picked out a spot to put the new room that wouldn't just require rearranging everything else in the house, and made like i was going to buy it, then canceled it and voila, it was the exact block that my mystery pet wound up in. ok that was probably a complete co-incidence but it was kinda nice. why the heck can't webkinz make hallways that you could buy and "protect" your doorways with for the new adoptions...??????
ok, back to praying for cindy now.

Tina, I just had my one room full, I know you had 3 right? Whew, that's a lot of gardening---harvesting I don't mind, with the money rolling in---but watering and weeding was terrible.

Never have to water. Not at planting. Not after harvesting. I have one garden that has never seen the watering can and it is doing as well as the ones that used to be watered. No more weeds than the others either. I have 5 full gardens now.

Loz, can I send you some seeds to get you started?? I average $400 or 500 a day with my two rooms, sometimes over $1,000 a day. Strawberries are the most profitable and I have one garden with all strawberries. My first harvest was great, now they are all different times.
I'm going to get my picture for you.....

Is anyone else having problems getting into webkinz tonight??? My internet is acting slow tonight with a couple sites.

I'm okay on there tonight Mel.

Can you send seeds in the mail, didn't you used to not be able to?

I have one garden yard right now and it's only half full.

What's the best to grow do you all think? Money wise.

Holy good ideas Batman. lol

I never thought about cramming them all together like that. I always have left a path in my old garden, like aisles.....when I got sick of gardening I sold them all and quit(because I was watering them all everday-didn't know you don't have to at all).

Your lion is totally trapped. haha

How did you get your lion into the middle of the room with no pathways, Mel? I have heard of new pets being sent to yards with no paths and getting stuck there until Ganz helped out. All of mine do have paths to the doorways

haha haha Yeah, I did that just for the picture! I'm usually just in the doorway, no pathways at all, LOL. Just weed and harvest everyday.

Still trying to log on so I can send you a pool to sell , oops I almost spelled that poop, and maybe some seeds. I think that now they can be mailed. I know that you used to not be able to, but I'm pretty sure that now you can. I want to try anyway, you can save them until you're ready....

I just kept moving the plants and advancing the lion until I had him right in the middle. Just for the picture, cuz I thought it would be funny. After I took the first picture, I was embarrassed that I still had my parka and ski hat on and all the snow had melted, so I had to take that off for the 2 nd picture. blush haha

it took forever to get the pets all dressed in winter/christmas stuff for their christmas picture, so, yeah, they pretty much will wear those things for awhile longer. now y'all got me thinking about doing a big farm. i have teeny gardens in comparison, one has just seven plants in it, and pretty much feeds the 3 pets all week, and the other is larger, feeds 7 pets, and one tinier one that is just decorative, mostly and keeps going to seed, cuz i keep forgetting its there. but hey, if i don't have to water, maybe i will do a big ol farm and put these shiftless furrbags to work!!! lol

raised catholic, attended parochial schools up to college, so i have always honored St. Patrick's day as he is my patron saint. M & D were either going to name me Patrick or Patrice, depending on what i was when i popped out. I have always gone by the name of Pat, my little sister has always called me Patty-cake, cuz gramma always did, and i use Patrice on official forms and sign my pottery thus, my amigos in mexico, who favor 2 syllable names call me Patty and y'all can call me anything ya want! Can't wait for tomorrow, think i will go celebrate like the Irish!!!! oh, after we adopt the tie-dye frog, of course!!!!!

I have missed more of the hourlies than I have gotten, lately. I am hovering between my family stuff and Cindy's stuff right now. My webbies are waiting patiently for me.

Some of them are frustrating. I don't worry about going in for those. If I happen to be hanging around I might do them sometimes.

I was really craving an orange julius for a while. I haven't had one in about 20 years and I saw a place in the mall. So before I picked up Ted from school, I had a few minutes. I bought an o. julius and they either are not as good as they used to be or they are making them different these days.
But the place is right next door to one of my webkinz places and of course, I had to peek. I just adopted a snake. I named him Sssss.

i guess i'm going to have to find a snake. scott and i were driving to dinner sat. night and he said "that looks like a webkinz sign" i didn't think anymore about it, but on the way home, he pulled in the drive of a tiny pharmacy, and sure enough, on the door, they sell webkinz lol he's hooked!

Actually the best shot is the one on the front page of the newspaper right now. I couldn't get a better one. But Jonni wanted to try to dress him. We found out that snakes don't wear pants. I put a pink t-shirt on him and he looked like he was confined in restraints from his neck to about where arms would be if there were arms. Funny. He is naked again. I wonder if he will shed his skin? Ted likes the plush.

I'm glad he likes the plush.....

I guess that's what I was wondering, how he looked dressed and how he looked "standing" and "sitting". lol

No pants eh? Maybe he's part of a nudist colony? haha

Didn't I say? I'm so sorry, Jiffy. Yes, they arrived. Yes he liked them. Well, he liked one of them. I have the monkey up on the shelf above my monitor. For some reason that is not his favorite thing. I need to send you your charms yet, And worms. I haven't forgotten. Just need to grab a few minutes out of my day. I should have done that instead if the icky orange julius today.

My sister called and left me a message....(In an excited voice): We have the snakes, we have snakes....call me back. Click.

So I left her a message saying get me a snake, I want the code before I even get the plush....I need that snake. lol Oh and she's getting me a Pink Poodle too, they got them in stock.

My poor sister though, she buys so many because Athena always wants them too....I mean I pay her back but she buys so many of them. lol

Tina, if any ancient civilizations stuff comes up in the curio shop please grab it in both our accts if you get a chance. I haven't had a chance to get in there much. I checked in on our pets last night and went to garden. All of our stuff had to be dug up and replanted.

thanks to you Tina! and it's rare that i can find something you want/need that you don't already have!
here is the pink theme mix, with my freebee terrier,( Immani, choctaw for sister)
i like some of the pieces, but i think a whole room of it would make me gag.

I wonder how the pretty purple chair would look in that room, Pat. I have a couple. It isn't really quite purple but not quite pink either.

He did have one. Loz sent him one from the Wheel of Wishes. He was very excited to get it. He wants to mohawk as many pets up as he can. Thank you. I really appreciate it. You guys take such good care of us. Oh yeah, he does have several viking helmets. Thank you for asking.

That stripped chair is beautiful. I'm gonna get one for Darbi's pink room.

We all probably need time off from working in the garden.
