I drink my coffee black. Once in a while I will drink flavored coffee. More as a treat than anything else. Like a dessert. I am cleaning. Getting some stuff done here.

Hi again,
Yes gotta keep busy Scott- or I will not be able to move- have a sleep disorder that makes me hurt most of the time but if I keep moving I hurt less.. so I pretty much have to do stuff- then rest - do more stuff-
it's still snowing here today- got about 3 inches now out there... wet too... going to be heavy to shovel- think I will get myself in my boot and coat and shovel the driveway for hubby- he hurts more than I do right now so he doesn't need to be shoveling today...
Going to make some more tea too.. need another shot of caffeine this morning... laundry is going- got the paper read - just have to clip coupons and then start on the tax junk... thats always so much fun.

Hi everybody

Not feeling so great today... Amy had a stomach virus since Saturday early morning, and I think I might have it as well - nauseous!!!

I'm having some cereal now because even though I am nauseous, I am also hungry - weird!

Tina - you are a braver woman than I - I would NEVER go to WalMart here on a Sunday - that's when all the Orthodox Jews are there because they don't go out on Saturday for the Sabbath, and it is more than mobbed!!!

We don't have many Orthodox Jews here. Lynne. There are a few in LA, but you'd be hard pressed to find anything Kosher here outside of Hebrew franks. Some traditional foods are prominent during holidays but that is it. When I moved back east a whole new world opened up to me. But then I missed a lot that I had grown up with here, too.
Our WM are just generally busier on weekends with the working people shopping. There were some lines but not too bad. Getting there and back was the tricky part. The winds are ferocious. I dodged a truck bedliner and another truck's hinged bed cover thingy. Then a motorcycle in front of me lost his windshield. Various boxes and tumbleweeds. It was a fun trip. I hope the winds die back before I have to go out and get Jonni again.

Sorry that you aren't feeling good Lynne. kissie That flu is going around here bad right now.

It's a nice day here today...Sunshiney and bright and warming up, now they are saying a high of 63 tomorrow, but then it will get cold again. No fair!

It's okay though, tomorrow I will go out and clean up the porches and the yard.....I didn't do a good job in the fall, got a little lazy so I have tons I can do tomorrow.

How is everyones Sunday going?

Race starts pretty soon so I'll be watching that! grin

Wow Tina, I hope they die down for you too....that sounds like you need to be a stuntdriver to get around out there today. nervous

Just had my leftover sub for lunch, mom is making chili for dinner. YUMMY. grin

Might go snag a few cookies..... lol On second thought maybe I'll snag the cookies and go over and see if dad wants a decaf with me.

I WAS a stunt driver today. But at least the truck drivers listened. They are not out getting blown over. Of course there are always fewer on a Sunday anyway. There weren't many travel trailers either. The winds are supposed to subside sometime today. I nearly got beaned by a pinecone when I was bringing in firewood. Had to do a little stunt driving with the wheelbarrow too.

lol Way to avoid that pinecone. lol

I got my new fleur de lis trellis the other day and I started to put it together inside. BIG mistake....it's huge...and it's like 96 inches tall....the thing was touching my ceiling, so maybe tomorrow I'll go outside while it's nice and finish putting it together. thumbup lol

Going to go do some laundry and clean a bit. wavy

Hi again,
Sorry you have the bug Lynne.. no fun- Carrie and Derek had it too this last few days... hoping they kept it to themselves ....
Tina I have wind today too with blowing snow- still coming down but I am not going anywhere in it unless someone else wants to drive... we have about 5 inches now out there and it is drifting against my deck door... still haven't shoveled - maybe after I vacuum and dust...
I did get my tax stuff together so we can take it to tax man-- everyyear I swear I will get it done before March and have yet to make it come true... only thing I really procrastinate about... just hate doing it.
Last load of laundry is in washer and dryer is going too- I should go find something for lunch and get busy with the vacuum - then I will be done- having leftover steak and baked taters for dinner so that part is easy today- do need to get rest of bbq chicken in freezer today and clean out the fridge too- someday I will learn how to cook just enough for 2- do freeze a lot of the leftovers for my lunches usually- hate to waste food.
Off I go to find lunch now,
Nana

Limeware has given my computer so much trouble that now I have completely removed it along with this 'spyshredder' thing it downloaded. Hoping things are good now....

Well, I shovelled and cleaned up the 14 inches of snow that fell again in the driveway and on the roof...still never shovelled out the windows. I give up.

Hi all,
I shoveled the driveway, sidewalk by street and one to the house- it is really wet and heavy snow... now I am tired and cold,, got teakettle going to make some hot choc.... want some ?
I have heard that Limeware gives lots of trouble- grandson got in big trouble for downloading it to his Mom's laptop- took Jon about half a day to get rid of all the crap it brought with it-- he doesn't download anymore without express permission... seems he has to learn everything the hard way that kid..
Well off to make beds and still need to vacuum - that just may wait till tomorrow- my back is sore now...
Well off to do the beds and put away the towels too.
Nana

hot pockets and hashbrowns sound good. we went to cracker barrel for lunch, my tummy didn't like it. trying to convince myself that dinner will be more than just a grilled cheese sandwich. probably won't be though i just don't feel like cooking OR going out touched

hope the rest of the tummies out there are feeling better.
