I have 3 Caladiums. Is it too late to put them in a rest period? Plus I don't have a place to keep them in 50 to 60 degrees, would that be a problem?

I actually have a pot of mine in Gh grown as houseplant.it looks a lil leggy, but will perk up once gets back outdoors& given a dose of fertilizer. My Gh don't stay 50-60 degrees cause i'm in Tx so most days its more like 70-80 will cooler spells at nite and with cold fronts. They've done fine with drops into 40s and upper 30s,but are in center on a shelf so are about 5-6 ft off the ground.
