Cool, Patunia, My stomach is rumbling. I received my fair share. Thank you.
Today I had a little time to kill between work and picking up my son from school. So I was looking for a particular restaurant to feed my daughter and was near one of my webkinz places......
I bought the pink poodle for March's POTM. I asked Jonni if she wanted anything. She said "No....that's your thing." Then she saw the raccoon! She really wanted the plush so she has it and I adopted it into my second account.

I still get keys for multiple pods. I read somewhere that if you find three similar sized fairies in a row close to the same level and clicked on the outer one (furthest from the center where you start either right or left)you are more likely to get a key. It has worked for me. I was surprised because I didn't think it would work. Now I can't tell you if the keys are going to be productive. I've gotten, say, 3 pods and gotten 2 sap glops and a charm candy and things like that.

Hey, I just tried picking a fairy like you had said, Tina. I didn't get a key but I did get a charm I needed. It had been a long time since I had gotten a new charm. Now we need 3 more virtual charms to unlock the last 2 of the 7 sets we have open.

I see mom was in the last topic spying on me and my webkinz doings! lol

That's a good tip Tina. I'll have to remember it.

The other day I got the last charm I needed and got the $50 for it. And then a few days ago I got a key and it had FIVE pods....I was so excited, but each and everyone of them just had food. rspb I was hoping for at least one coin! lol

I'm still excited about that snake, I was telling Athena about it today. She asked me how you dress it if it has no arms or feet. haha

Athena is a smart cookie to think of that.
Now, I didn't say the trick worked every time. It just seems to work more often. Sometimes it is hard to find three same size, same level.
I've needed one more charm to open the whole shebang for a long time.

Loz, you might need a dog but a real dog is much more expensive than your webkinz habit. Vet bills, food, and on and on......

I may not have gotten a key but I was much more pleased with getting the charm. Like you said, even getting a key doesn't guarantee a charm.

Brennan is very excited about the snake. I knew that would be the one he would go for.

I saw where it said the Zingoz wasn't a 'Webkinz' but it would come with a code to unlock something they have never done before. I'm curious what it is.

Gotta have the Zingoz just because it's a Webkinz character....

Athena is smart! lol I wonder how you will dress it? lol

And yeah, I do want a real dog....one of these years it'll happen.

There is a cow and it's also February's pet of the month. It's the big one, not the lil kinz. We have the little one. It is SO cute. He's one of my favorites.

I have two cows that I am going to adopt tomorrow, well, actually after 12 KT tonight.
Well, I went to work and got out with a little too much time on my hands before picking up Ted from school. So I went to the mall and browsed (with my paycheck in my pocket). I ended up with a duck, love frog and tie dye frog. I adopted them already. Cool stuff.

Hey Tina, the 3 fairy trick worked. I got a key! That's pretty cool. You always know the coolest tricks!

I guess I'll get him both if I can find them. He also wants a horse, not the clydesdale he already has, but the one that "is brown and white with black around his feet."

I just got through telling Tina he doesn't ask for anything. lol When he does ask he's very particular.

They are coming out with new superbeds. The sneak peek showed a rose garden bed. It's pretty but not my style. But I'm interested to see the others. And wondering if they are going to retire some.
Rachel, I'm glad the three fairy trick worked. The real trick is finding them. I haven't found one today in all of my accounts hunting twice.

i just got them thumbup and i have a funny for you.

you know how when you log on, depending on your computer speed, you might see your pet looking ill? well, scott was logged in for a minute at ellie's and her speed is super slow. so he got a good look at leo looking quite ill. i though he was going to stroke. "uh oh! my pet is sick!!! what's wrong? ok, now he's ok... i was scared for a minute... " poor scott, he's so adicted! lol lol

That is funny. Wait 'til your pet shows up headless. That flash of an ill pet only started a few months ago after an upgrade. It still shocks me.

Even if your pet is at 100% it can still get sick fast. Just like a kid.

Cool, I like that Scott is into the webkinz. It is relaxing and rewarding in a way that is hard to explain. You can really unwind, set goals for yourself and just retreat from society with it. A sanity saver, leave work and family stresses behind and still be there.

My 16 year old used to do neopets. I think webkinz is more fun. Although neopets is free. Disney also has a free site. Ty has one now as well. (not free)

Neopets and the Disney site are geared for preteens and teens. I didn't think they were as much fun as Webkinz.
