Cool, Patunia, My stomach is rumbling. I received my fair share. Thank you.
Today I had a little time to kill between work and picking up my son from school. So I was looking for a particular restaurant to feed my daughter and was near one of my webkinz places......
I bought the pink poodle for March's POTM. I asked Jonni if she wanted anything. She said "No....that's your thing." Then she saw the raccoon! She really wanted the plush so she has it and I adopted it into my second account.

I still get keys for multiple pods. I read somewhere that if you find three similar sized fairies in a row close to the same level and clicked on the outer one (furthest from the center where you start either right or left)you are more likely to get a key. It has worked for me. I was surprised because I didn't think it would work. Now I can't tell you if the keys are going to be productive. I've gotten, say, 3 pods and gotten 2 sap glops and a charm candy and things like that.

Hey, I just tried picking a fairy like you had said, Tina. I didn't get a key but I did get a charm I needed. It had been a long time since I had gotten a new charm. Now we need 3 more virtual charms to unlock the last 2 of the 7 sets we have open.

I see mom was in the last topic spying on me and my webkinz doings! lol

That's a good tip Tina. I'll have to remember it.

The other day I got the last charm I needed and got the $50 for it. And then a few days ago I got a key and it had FIVE pods....I was so excited, but each and everyone of them just had food. rspb I was hoping for at least one coin! lol

I'm still excited about that snake, I was telling Athena about it today. She asked me how you dress it if it has no arms or feet. haha

Athena is a smart cookie to think of that.
Now, I didn't say the trick worked every time. It just seems to work more often. Sometimes it is hard to find three same size, same level.
I've needed one more charm to open the whole shebang for a long time.

Loz, you might need a dog but a real dog is much more expensive than your webkinz habit. Vet bills, food, and on and on......

I may not have gotten a key but I was much more pleased with getting the charm. Like you said, even getting a key doesn't guarantee a charm.

Brennan is very excited about the snake. I knew that would be the one he would go for.

I saw where it said the Zingoz wasn't a 'Webkinz' but it would come with a code to unlock something they have never done before. I'm curious what it is.

Gotta have the Zingoz just because it's a Webkinz character....

Athena is smart! lol I wonder how you will dress it? lol

And yeah, I do want a real dog....one of these years it'll happen.

There is a cow and it's also February's pet of the month. It's the big one, not the lil kinz. We have the little one. It is SO cute. He's one of my favorites.

I have two cows that I am going to adopt tomorrow, well, actually after 12 KT tonight.
Well, I went to work and got out with a little too much time on my hands before picking up Ted from school. So I went to the mall and browsed (with my paycheck in my pocket). I ended up with a duck, love frog and tie dye frog. I adopted them already. Cool stuff.

I guess I'll get him both if I can find them. He also wants a horse, not the clydesdale he already has, but the one that "is brown and white with black around his feet."

I just got through telling Tina he doesn't ask for anything. lol When he does ask he's very particular.

They are coming out with new superbeds. The sneak peek showed a rose garden bed. It's pretty but not my style. But I'm interested to see the others. And wondering if they are going to retire some.
Rachel, I'm glad the three fairy trick worked. The real trick is finding them. I haven't found one today in all of my accounts hunting twice.

"uh oh! my pet is sick!!! what's wrong? ok, now he's ok... i was scared for a minute... " poor scott, he's so adicted! lol lol

That is funny. Wait 'til your pet shows up headless. That flash of an ill pet only started a few months ago after an upgrade. It still shocks me.

Cool, I like that Scott is into the webkinz. It is relaxing and rewarding in a way that is hard to explain. You can really unwind, set goals for yourself and just retreat from society with it. A sanity saver, leave work and family stresses behind and still be there.

My 16 year old used to do neopets. I think webkinz is more fun. Although neopets is free. Disney also has a free site. Ty has one now as well. (not free)

Neopets and the Disney site are geared for preteens and teens. I didn't think they were as much fun as Webkinz.

When that happens the clock is off. To fix it you need to log out. But you will still miss the sale.
I noticed that you have wallpaper for the medieval and Egyptian themes, Jiffy. Are you interested in those themes?

The Egyptian is the most expensive to buy. The medieval second most. Kooky scientist comes next. All of these are only available in the curio shop. But I do have some extra pieces stored. Including the flooring. Let me know if you are interested.

Have fun shopping! I didn't think much of the science theme either except I really liked the sofa. Then I needed the right 'frame' for it. Hence the entire theme almost. I don't have any cats yet. I figure I will eventually.

I was tossing around Brutus the Bulldog, but then I thought wait a minute---NO!!!!

It must be BILL the Bulldog! I already have a Cindyfaye! So it's natural Bill should be living in there with her, and Bill the Bulldog sounds so good.

haha

I wish you could sleep more than one pet in a bed though....that would be nice just so you didn't have to buy so many beds.

I've got my daughter, Colby and Darbi's mom hooked. I called today to see how the baby, Aubry, is and when I asked Shelley what she was doing she said "I just bought a hammock for Colby's garden." I was thinking "what garden?" Then it dawned on me what she was talking about. Darbi told me the other day that her mom had re-decorated one of her rooms. Yep, she's hooked.

That is so cool, Sheri. It is a wonderful de-stresser. Now what can I send her to keep her interest up?

yes, hooked is a good name for it. i have gotten my oldest sister hooked now, officially. she has now gleefully added 4 rooms to her granddaughters account and decorated them all up, then sent me invites to "come see!!!" ha ha ha ha!
she's playing in the arcade to earn kinzcash, and her session each day in the mines still draws comment in any given e-mail. she actually sold her first crown of wonder so she could get a yard for the little clydsdale to play in. i am just cracking up at her. she will be 60 this year! i think its the most fun she's had online in her life. i understand that!

The oddest glitch. I've been playing off and on and my pets hunger meter hasn't moved. They are all stuck at 100. That is a good glitch.

That is a good glitch! lol

So last night my sister called me to tell me she got me a love frog! thumbup She'll be coming tomorrow with it. Athena got one too and was really original and named it Valentine. lol Maybe mine should be Valentino and they can be twins.... haha

I'm happy for Athena because my sister just got a computer and internet today, so Athena can do her Webkinz at home whenever she wants.

Oh and I took an old ribbon necklace and put my charm on it and put it on my husky---it's cute! thumbup

i miss chatting with you too. in fact i miss my whole life, betcha know what that is like. tears this is the first day in 12 i have felt halfway decent, healthwise. whew, that whatever it was bug i caught cut me off at the knees, think it kinda enabled a somewhat overdue collapse. i just kinda went boldly to bed. couldn't put on the brave face and the can-do attitude just one day more and totally succumbed to the stress, the grief, the flu, the overdue wallow. hubby and little sis just kind of freaked out when the "leader went down" it was dam near funny. but i are back now!!!! bow went and did all the errands and the shopping and the bank and the post office stuff and the appt with the dhs and got alot done today. so i think i have turned the corner. i am even having me a beer! i went and bought big sis the pinto webkinz pony and sent her the code so's she could adopt him into her grandaughters account, and she did with great glee, and that even makes me happy. now if i can just get her to join on in here, we got it made!
now i gotta go take a little bitty nap so i don't relapse. later, y'all.
oh, my webbies that are at 100% remain so today, through nice long sessions in the arcade even....nice glitch!

I'm glad you got your little breakdown behind you. I am overdue for mine but it will have to wait. I'm much too necessary right now. I'm making big plans for one later.

patunia, i'm glad you are better too. and tina, that so sounds like a sign my grandmother had in her house

With or without the sign, you can plan for it. If you plan it right, you don't freak anyone out and you are much better after. Meanwhile, I use my webbie friends to help me get by.

Athena doesn't have any of the Condo theme--not that I'm asking you to send her anything.....I was just laughing earlier when she came to my house she was so excited about my having a new themed room. I think I might work on sending stuff to her for it. thumbup

You should've HEARD how excited she was to have a computer finally at her house.....she made me meet her in the garden yard, and exercise room with her new love frog Valentine. lol She'll want to meet me everynight after school now! haha clap
