Your room looks nice. You weren't kidding, that was expensive buying everything. I've still got over 40,000 kc left so I guess we're in good shape. I don't know why I panic when I get to that point. That is quite a bit of money.

Have you tried the new game? It's fun for a quick diversion.

I'm just back in from work. I haven't tried the new game yet. I did replace some of my kitchen appliances with the new stuff though. I wish I could for real.
Your room does look good Loz. Did you create a new room or redecorate one you already had?

It WAS expensive!!! I used coupons, lots of coupons! lol

And I sent myself stuff from my other account too!

I like the look of that room though, it's a good one---I really like the way the floor is in four sections....so I could do all the furniture in different areas....worked out nice! thumbup

I didn't know there was a new game...what's it called?

Triple Strike Solitaire. It's kinda like Freecell. You don't make much money. But, it's fun for a quick game.

I found this on my Webkinz site today. They moderator there had sent a list of top complaints to Ganz and got this response for the charms.

Were the charms pulled off the market because of lead? Are they coming back? Although they can't comment specifically on this item yet, there may be a news release soon. Ganz was able to say that they passed all of their internal lead tests before they were released.

Same ? as last night. We aren't on the same computer but all my friends have red smiley faces. I changed the childrens zone to match mine but it won't stay that way.

I don't know what to tell you, Sheri. I don't much care for visiting. Everything always freezes. It gets frustrating.

Thanks Sheri, it was fun to decorate!

You know I don't visit much, just with Athena really but one of us always gets froze up during the visit--it's frustrating, she calls me back and says Aunt Loz why did you leave? Or she'll call me and say Aunt Loz I froze up. Then I have to help her log in again because she wants to visit even though I tell her the phones aren't working right.

For a long time our phones didn't work at all.....mine or hers....they would turn on and our faces would be green but we couldn't click the invite button, it wasn't lit up. why

Same here. I can't get the invite button to light up. Oh well.

I got a call yesterday from Webkinz. She said she can't tell me when Ally's account will be fixed but she gave me a code for an animal, not the actual animal which is what the children like having, and said she could use it to open another account if she wanted but not until all the glitches are out - which she can't say when that will be. So we're really no further along with that starving dog of hers. She advised me NOT to redecorate (I thought of Loz) right now because there are several problems with moving furniture around. She said to wait "a while" before making any changes.

It is nice to hear that webkinz is calling you back. A new pet code is a good thing. Is it for the same type of animal? I wish they could give a good time frame when they tell you don't redecorate and things. Like days, weeks, months.
I guess some people are already getting practice snowflakes for winterfest. They have the same items as last year so far.

I'm confused why they can't just reset the original code like they did mine. I guess they have their reasons.

I'm looking forward to the new rare theme showing up in the curio shop. Brennan really wants that wading pool!

It's ancient civilizations. It was on the WI site a couple weeks ago. It's not all that spectacular, but it's something new and rare. It has an indoor wading pool that looks like something from an ancient Roman bath. Brennan thought that was too cool!

We're keeping an eye out for the new mohawk, too. Brennan has been wanting a real mohawk...not gonna happen. But he loved the Webkinz one when he saw it. It was in the 'what's new' section in the WW newspaper.

One night when I cut his hair I cut all of it but the middle for him to wear it around for the night. Of course it wasn't a 'real' mohawk because I didn't shave him. But he thought it was really cool. We saw a kid at the skate park the other day with a major mohawk. Oh man! Brennan begged me for one.

You could let him get it out of his system now while he's still young enough to recover. Does he want his eyebrow pierced, too? Or embedded horns?

Oh yeah! He would not get away from the mirror. He loves to look at himself constantly anyway. The other day I caught him playing air guitar looking at himself in the reflection of the fridge. It's black high gloss. He'll use anything he can to look at himself.

When I was a teen with two teen siblings, it was my brother who spent the most time in the bathroom, checking himself out in the mirror.

I just did the hourly and got the clue 'Pretty unsure? Possibly knowing if new friends are truly marvelous? You'll figure it out.' Do they honestly expect a child to have a snowball's chance of figuring that stuff out?

rachel, i'm with the rest on brennan's mohawk, let him have it. and i can tell you how the kids here (at the art school) do it. they let it get just a little long, and they cut them just a little wide, so when they need "normal" hair, they just part the mohawk down the middle and let it cover the shaved part. looks like the "floppy" boy's haircut that was so popular a few years ago. i'll try to get one of my students to let me take pics to show you.

also, they don't actually shave their heads, they just trim it real close, like the back of what my grandfather would call a "man's haircut". i think brennan would be cute!

i am trying to find a bowling alley game. is it a rare item? i think i saw one in the curio shop once, but i can't remember how much it was or if it was just decorative. so i need to know from Tina, the resident webkinz queen, where, those darn things are lurking, i scoured the w shop games and toys but all they had were just a bowling ball and fakey little pins. we bought a big room in lilsis's house and did it up with the new theme colors and there's this big long place left doing nothing, so i thought it would be cute to stick a bowling game there. TINA....DO NOT JUST SEND ME ONE!!!!. nono i am willing to trade/pay/etc for this!!!!! if i have anything good enuff!!! lol

I don't have one to send, Patunia. They are a rare in the curio shop for 10,000. I don't happen to own one right now. But if/when I see one that is coming up in the C-shop, I will let you know. they are a real bowling game like is available in the tournament arena or club house. And work the same for one or two players.

I don't have donut seeds yet. They are an exclusive with a pet of the month adoption. I'm hoping I might get one with one of my POTM adoptions soon. They say they won't double any of those exclusives until you have them all.

I have 4 pets of the month, I got a playful picture, a Newton's cradle, a snow making machine, and a lighthouse. I also got a lugbot's window in a trade. I have two cows to adopt next month. The dilemma is whether to adopt on the same account so I don't double up on exclusives or different accounts for double the special activities.

lol I have one in my game room.

And sucker that I am I bought that 10K hot tub.

And how much do I use them? Rarely ever. lol They look nice though in my rooms.

I got a spotted frog today named Ribbit. The frogs are big plushes compared to some of them. He has a big belly. lol Got the Dragster with him and a bench, and a 1,000 KC coin.

My hallmark woman isn't selling Webkinz anymore.....She has stock left, but no more new orders......she said dealing with them is too difficult. I'm so sad.

About NOT sending stuff around. Why else am I doing all of this stuff? The sending gifts is a good part of why I am playing on webkinz at all. I am a KC rich pet owner and I love sending stuff. Please don't make me stop. My pets will shrivel up and blow away.

I have that same problem, Tina. You always send us the coolest stuff and I feel like I can't thank you enough. It's impossible to send you something you don't have.

It's Winterfest time!! I've got Webkinz up in another screen right now. They already have it on the front page of the paper.

Those do sound cool. That was the item that peaked my interest. I'm on there right now waiting on snowflakes. Hopefully we'll get some good stuff. If we get some of the trees they will be coming your way.

I don't think it starts until 6 am, Rachel. I usually do my gardening at night after 12 KT. But I'm saving it for tomorrow.

I've got kicked out 15 times probably.

I did just get a snowflake, hot chocolate frozen mug. They are hard to see. Kinda transparent.

Cool room Patunia! clap Looks nice.

I'm logged into Webkinz okay.

BTW, Tina if you want to check out the Beanie Babies you can go to ty.com and log in as me---same username and password I use for Webkinz. You can't mess much up I don't think. Of course you don't have to, just thought I offer the chance to do it. They are still a bit glitchy yet.

I rebooted anyway.
Thank you Patunia for the cool gifts you sent.
I have gotten a few flakes. I got the blue parka, eggnog and sugar cookies. You can't store the food in your fridges yet. Like fall fest food items at first.
When a flake goes by and it is in 'please wait' mode, you cannot click on them. Very frustrating.

I'd say it will get better. Everybody is probably sitting on top of their computers just like we are right now trying to catch them. It will taper off and the site will run more smoothly.

I actually got one as a gift from Patunia, Jiffy. Then clicked on another. I wanted a couple for Jonni's polar bear snow room and got them.
I also got the winter scene wall print. It is twice as big as that tiny fall fest one that you can't even see. Ganz does learn.

I think I've got everything except the tree. I've got 5 peppermint snowflakes, egg nog, a sweater, 3 snowcones, winterfest framed picture, Googles ice sculpture, toque and hot chocolate. Still no tree. I'm sure they'll be hard to come by since that is what everybody wants.

How often are you all getting flakes and is there a better place to be to see them do you think? You have a LOT of things Rachel and I've only had 2 snowflakes so far today.

I've had the newspaper up. Then I click on another newspaper page or daily activities for a minute. They are going by every 8-10 minutes. A few times I've gotten two within a couple of minutes of each other.

Holy COW, I got a tree! If I get a double you can have it if you don't get one Rachel! I was sitting there after I clicked it saying, please let it be a tree, please let it be a tree. lol

I have that rare plant shop room and I'm hoping it goes inside so I can put it in there!

That is exactly what I've been doing everytime I get one, 'please come on, let me have the tree.' Surely I'll get one over the next few days. Hopefully we can all get a bunch of everything and send around whatever somebody else missed.

It won't show up when you are playing a game. But it might while it is totaling your score. It only shows up places where your dock is showing. But even then, if you have the w-shop open or something, it goes behind.
I sent a couple of items to tater and proloz. I sit in my room and do puzzles or something, until it drives me nuts.
